Venue space including exterior areas will accommodate over 1,000 guests standing.

Le Tesserae ballroom can accommodate approximately 350 guests for a seated reception. For a standing reception, please contact Le Tesserae to discuss capacity based on your event details.

The venue rental fee includes furnishings for up to 400 guests including mahogany chivari chairs with ivory cushions and various size tables, access to our Bridal Suite starting at 10 a.m., a one-hour rehearsal, a three hour photoshoot (during business hours), custom, dimmable lighting including crystal chandeliers throughout the space, men’s and women’s restroom attendants, an elevator attendant, a venue manager, the operations support team during your event and before and after janitorial services.

Absolutely! Our Aperitivo Patio Bar is a great space for birthday parties, corporate meetings, photo and video shoots, bridal showers, baby showers and workshops. Please inquire with Le Tesserae for pricing and availability.
Le Tesserae is a TABC licensed venue, therefore, all beverages must be purchased directly through Le Tesserae. Le Tesserae offers open bar beverage packages and has a full-time highly trained beverage staff to handle all your beverage needs and customizations. The above information applies to the main event space, the Bar and the Patio.
Le Tesserae works exclusively with Jackson & Company for catering services. Please email hello@jacksonandcompany.com for catering information and pricing. All other vendors considered for the event (DJ’s, bands, event consultants, florists, etc.) must be approved by Le Tesserae prior to being contracted.
Complementary photo and video shoots are reserved for our booked clients. However, non-booked clients can schedule a photo shoot during our normal business hours Tuesday – Thursday for an outside photography fee. Please inquire with Le Tesserae for pricing.

We love our furry friends! Le Tesserae welcomes all trained and well-behaved dogs for photos and wedding ceremonies. Once the reception portion begins, the dog or dogs will need to be escorted home for the evening, unless they are a registered service dog. All dogs must be attended to and on a leash the entire time they are on Le Tesserae property.

To ensure our property stays in lovely condition for each of our clients, Le Tesserae does not allow glitter, confetti, balloon drops or open flame. Hanging any items from our chandeliers or ceiling and placing decals on our floor, walls, or ceiling is also strictly prohibited. Approved décor vendors, however, are allowed to hang greenery from our main venue ceiling fixtures. Please inquire with Le Tesserae on this request. For wedding exits, we allow sparklers (away from the building), bubbles and light-colored flower petals.
Le Tesserae only hosts one event per day to ensure our clients have a successful event without feeling rushed!
Our professional event team has been carefully selected to provide exceptional service for your event. Le Tesserae will staff bartenders, bar manager(s), HPD and valet attendants (we are valet only) for your event! Our contracted caterers will arrange all your staffing needs for catering services.
To be sure your wedding is executed with excellence, we require all wedding events have, at minimum, a day of coordinator.
